Vice President and Executive Chef
Michael has 30+ years of experience as a chef and concept developer. From 1976 until 1997, Michael was a leader in the culinary department at The Levy Restaurants eventually serving as Senior Vice President and Partner. In 1997 Michael joined Nordstrom where he was responsible for all of the culinary efforts at their 52 company restaurants. During his time at Nordstrom, Michael authored 4 best-selling cookbooks. Michael joined the WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Partner upon its inception in 2016.
Vice President & Director of Operations
Bill has 30+ years of experience in restaurant operations. Bill started his career and spent 20 years with Darden Restaurants, working every position from dishwasher to multi-unit manager. Later, Bill joined Panera Bread as a District Manager and served in operational leadership roles for BJ’s Brewhouse and Topgolf.
Bill joined the WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Director of Operations in early 2020.
General Manager - Fiero Maryland
Wendy has over 13 years experience in restaurant operations. She has grown in each role and now leads the Fiero team at our National Business Park location. Wendy began her career in 2008 as a team member and worked at Roti Mediterranean Grill as a Supervisor for several years.
Wendy joined Fiero in 2016 and has led the restaurant as General Manager since 2019.
