Bill is an industry veteran of nearly 40 years and his executive profile spans a wide spectrum in extremely diverse and world-recognized landmark locations, including managing, operating, supervising and leading the concept creation, executive management, team development, and opening of over two hundred uniquely different concepts while in Presidential roles at The Levy Restaurants, Restaurant Associates and as Founder and CEO of Roti Mediterranean Grill.
Bill launched his own restaurant company, WJP Restaurant Group, in 2016 which includes Fiero, bringing to market his vision for a uniquely different fast-casual Mexican brand, rooted in authenticity, quality and value. He found inspiration for the conceptual roots of what is now Fiero Mexican Street Food by spending many months “living” in Mexico, immersing himself in both the culture and cuisine of native and rural Mexico.
Bill’s greatest passion is for bringing unique food businesses and people together. He is now excited and energized to share his love of the restaurant business and Fiero with entrepreneurial franchisees across the country.
Michael has 30+ years’ experience as a chef and concept-developer. From 1976 until 1997, Michael was a leader in culinary department at The Levy Restaurants eventually serving as Senior Vice President and Partner. In 1997 Michael joined Nordstrom’s where he was responsible for all of Nordstrom’s culinary efforts at their 52 company restaurants. During his time at Nordstrom’s, Michael authored 4 best-selling cookbooks.
Michael reconnected and rejoined Bill Post and WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Partner upon inception in 2016.
Peter is a 20-year industry veteran with a passion for creating marketing programs that customers rave about. He began his career with Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream as the National Integrated Marketing Manager for the quirky ice cream maker. Peter moved on to serve as the Director of Marketing for high-growth Potbelly Sandwich Works and as the Chief Brand Office for innovative Roti Mediterranean Grill.
Peter rejoined Bill Post and WJP Restaurant Group as Vice President and Director of Marketing soon after the company launch in late 2016.
Brian has spent 20+ years in hospitality accounting and has a deep understanding of all elements of restaurant finance. Brian began his career as the Controller at the Radisson Hotel and moved on to be a Senior Business Analyst at Dave & Busters. Most recently he has served as Controller for a multi-unit Wendy’s Franchisee and as Director of Finance for the Westin Hotel in Chicago.
Brian joined WJP Restaurant Group as Controller in 2018.
